I recently pinned these cute little mini polaroid magnets from here. I downloaded the template and used my Photoshop Elements 8 to drag my photos into the template and resized. I could have printed them out myself but since I was going out anyway sent them to Costco for a whopping .43 cents. Used my xyron to add sticky to the back of the photos and found a white picture frame mat that I wasn’t using and stuck them on.
Then dug in my kitchen drawer for all those advertising magnets I’ve saved (because I’m cheap like that).
Stuck on the pictures with double sided tape after peeling off the original advertising. They came out a little gray but that might have been Costco’s printing, I could have adjusted in Photoshop Elements if I had realized it but they are fine. Here they are on my fridge.
TEXTURE TUESDAY–FREE AND EASY
It’s the last Texture Tuesday of the year at Kim Klassen Café. Today’s theme free and easy, in other words, no specific theme, just use one of Kim’s textures. This is a picture of the Serbian Church in Fair Oaks, CA. layered with xanthe scripted using multiply with linear burn.
TEXTURE TUESDAY–DREAM
Todays Texture Tuesday over at Kim Klassen Café is the theme of dream. I dream someday I will live where I have this view any time I want. I had to use the texture deardreamer because of the name. I used it with soft light and the texture erased from the rock and lighthouse. This is Terrible Tillie, Tillamook Lighthouse as seen from Ecola State Park in Oregon in June 2012, I just got lucky with the bird in the shot.
